Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician for seasonal, onsite work in Charlotte, NC. The role combines hands-on pest control with customer care and admin duties, covering termite and mosquito treatments, insulation work, and more.

The position requires 1+ year of customer service experience, mechanical aptitude, and a valid driver's license with several years of driving history. Licensing training is provided as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is an essential function.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.
