This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.**Responsibilities*** Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.* Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.* Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.* Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.* Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.* Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.* Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.**Qualifications and Requirements*** 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.* Must be 21 years of age or older.* Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.* Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).**Why Work for EcoShield Pest Solutions?**The Shield Co.
