Job summary

Desert Cove Recovery in Aurora, CO is looking for a dedicated Clinician to support the physical and emotional well-being of our clients. In this role, you will provide clinical services and develop treatment plans while maintaining professional relationships and high ethical standards.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in social work or psychology and at least one year of experience in a clinical setting. You will join a supportive team working to help clients develop healthy behavioral patterns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a clinical or behavioral health setting.
• CAS, CAT, ADDC, LAC, LPXX, LCP, LCSW, LSW, LMHC, CDCA, LCDC preferred.
• Valid CPR/First Aid certifications or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services to patients and develop treatment plans.
• Maintain professional communication with referents and collateral contacts.
• Keep up to date and accurate progress notes and records on patients.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

High level of confidentiality

Knowledge of Family of Origin issues

Understanding of Alcohol/Drug Use issues

Flexibility and willingness to take direction

Education

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or related field

Master's degree in social work, psychology, or related field (preferred)
