Qualifications

• Certification by South Dakota Counselor Certification Board preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in drug and alcohol counseling.
• Knowledge of State and Federal alcohol and drug agencies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise department staff.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures.
• Conduct intakes and evaluations of clients.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment plans.
• Conduct individual counseling and group therapy.
