Qualifications

• Commitment to client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy.
• Complete medical records documentation in a timely manner.
• Conduct bio-psychosocial assessments.
• Develop master treatment plans and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Participate in on-call rotation and family program.
• Adhere to facility policies, state and federal laws, and CARF standards.
