Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a part-time Addiction Medicine Physician in Tyler, TX to evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient settings. You will prescribe appropriate medications, perform injections if needed, and collaborate with clinic staff to ensure holistic care and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in outpatient clinic settings.
• Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care and referrals to other providers and services.
• Provide injections if needed.
• APP collaboration (supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants).
