The role emphasizes directing medication protocols, clinical mentoring, and active participation in strategic clinical discussions to drive organizational growth and holistic patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certification in Addiction Medicine or Addiction Psychiatry preferred.
• Active, unrestricted medical license in the practicing state.
• Active DEA registration with buprenorphine prescribing ability.

Responsibilities

• Direct medication protocols and oversee physical examinations.
• Lead weekly treatment team meetings and mentor nurses, NPs, PAs, and physicians.
• Participate in Quarterly Board Meetings to shape clinical protocols and quality initiatives.
• Coordinate referrals to primary care for holistic patient care.
