Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field with practicum in health or human services.
• Current RN licensure or addictions counselor certification is required.
• Strong communication and crisis-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administers assessments and revises treatment goals per plan.
• Documents patient progress for UR and treatment plan alignment.
• Conducts group therapy and participates in case conferences.
• Arranges after-care and discharge planning for patients.
• Supports interns and performs other duties as assigned.
