Job summary

North Slope Borough School District is seeking a candidate to serve as a liaison between coaches and the administration, ensuring student welfare is paramount. Responsibilities include communicating with participants, parents, and administrators, while setting an exemplary code of conduct.

The ideal candidate must be a high school graduate, pass a background check, and prefer to have an AK driver's license. Compensation will be based on meeting all outlined responsibilities per negotiated agreement.

• AK Driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer Pre-Attendance Survey to students.
• Understand and adhere to NSBSD activity policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for the annual review of the Coaches' and the Parent and Student Handbooks.
• Ensure student welfare is paramount in decision-making.
• Complete the Mandatory Trainings on/or before the first contract day.
• Coordinate with Principal performance time(s)/date(s).
• Spring & Fall (2 performances).
• Keep a roster of dance performers.
• Administer Pre-Attendance Survey to students.
• Turn in Activity Report, attach photos (if any).

• Understand and adhere the NSBSD and any specific activity policies and guidelines.
• Responsible for the annual review of the Coaches' and the Parent and StudentHandbooks.
• Ensure student welfare is paramount in decision-making.
• Complete the Mandatory Trainings (Training Verification Check List Coaching andActivity Adviser Staff) on/or before the first contract day:

Compensation

Per negotiated agreement and meeting all "Responsibilities" - payment may be prorated based on meeting the responsibilities.
