Qualifications

• Ph.D. with 0-2 years or M.S. with 5+ years of relevant experience in synthetic chemistry.
• Experience with Antibody-Drug Conjugates (ADCs) is preferred.
• Understanding of scale-up methodologies and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize complex payloads for preclinical studies.
