Job summary

APPLUS IDIADA is seeking a Driver Operator to join our North America team in Ormond Beach, FL. You will drive vehicles according to customer specs, gather data via our Data Acquisition system, and document observations clearly for analysis.

The ideal candidate has strong driving experience, a current license and clean record, and familiarity with ADAS features. This six-month project offers hands-on field work and growth in automotive testing environments.

Qualifications

• Five years of licensed driving experience.
• Must have a current driver's license and a clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• Experience working with ADAS features is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out various driving services on vehicles per customer specifications.
• Drive and operate vehicles on pre-defined routes across terrains and weather.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and post-shift checks.
• Manage data acquisition systems to ensure accurate data retrieval.
• Drive safely and follow traffic regulations.
• Follow project manager instructions.
• Perform daily reporting and required program reporting.
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation.
• Support data acquisition and tagging to document objects, obstacles, and anomalies.
