Job summary

Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is looking for an ADAS Driving Validation Engineer to join the Autonomous Development team. The role focuses on validating Autonomous Driving functions and improving ADAS performance for Hyundai, KIA, and Genesis products.

Responsibilities include leading validation efforts, analyzing sensor performance, and creating reports for management. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant automotive experience. Benefits include zero dollar premiums on medical coverage and generous paid time off.

Qualifications

• 0-3+ years of relevant engineering experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving methods.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% domestically or internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead validation of Autonomous Driving functions.
• Utilize and modify Test Development Plans to enhance performance.
• Identify performance deficiencies and report concerns.

Skills

Basic knowledge of Autonomous Driving & Parking Systems

Experienced with data acquisition systems

Excellent computer skills

Project management skills

Good written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office

Education

Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
