Job summary

Performance Driven Workforce is hiring Full-Time Operational Support Drivers in Spartanburg, SC to support ADAS testing for a leading automotive Tier 1 supplier. This role involves structured training, data-entry work, and safe driving of prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads.

Candidate must be 21+, have a high school diploma or GED, a valid U.S. driver's license, and at least 3 years of driving experience. English communication and comfort with in-vehicle systems are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Have a valid U.S. driver’s license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drive prototype and pre-production vehicles on public roads and designated routes.
• Test Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) under real-world conditions.
• Operate in‑vehicle data collection computers and laptops.
• Start/stop recordings, monitor system health and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Accurately log driving activity and observations.
• Follow strict safety, documentation, and test procedures.
• Complete pre- and post-drive documentation and vehicle checks.
