Qualifications

• Experience working with students with learning and intellectual disabilities.
• Willingness to engage in professional development to support Riverview students.
• Understand and adhere to Riverview policies and mission.
• Related experience in an independent school environment preferred.
• Ability to incorporate technology into instruction.
• Current/valid driver’s license and ability to drive students.
• CORI/SORI background check and fingerprinting required.
• Legal authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Provide instruction of vocational skills.
• Engage in on-the-job training across industries and occupations.
• Adapt job skill training to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with community partners to form beneficial partnerships.
• Collect individual student data weekly.
• Report on student progress quarterly.
• Other duties as assigned.
