Job summary

Olmsted Falls City School District, in Olmsted Township, Ohio, seeks flexible substitute teachers to support student learning on a part-time, on-call basis. In partnership with Renhill Group, we offer online training and licensing support.

No formal teaching experience is required; candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree, BCI & FBI background checks, and a substitute teaching license or help obtaining one. Positions are contingent on district needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.
• BCI & FBI background checks: dated within the past 12 months; on file with the Ohio Department of Education; can be conducted by Renhill Group for one of the area’s lowest rates ($55).
• Substitute Teaching License or Copy of Teaching License; Renhill Group will assist in obtaining your substitute license.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a classroom environment that is effective, safe, and conducive to learning.
• Teach with a rapidly changing classroom population of various skill and progress levels.
• Services can be customized by days of the week or building/grade level assignments.
