Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - Roswell Village is seeking enthusiastic instructors to teach swimming to children of varying abilities. You will utilize adaptive teaching methods through our Golden Learner program while providing individualized support and fostering a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate will possess a patient attitude, communicate effectively with parents, and collaborate with team members. Qualifications

• Experience in working with children preferred.
• Must pass background examinations prior to training.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimmers using adaptive techniques according to our proprietary curriculum.
• Provide support and encouragement to swimmers.
• Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Communicate with parents regarding swimmer progress.
• Collaborate with team members for optimal swimmer experience.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Teach swimmers with varying abilities and special needs through our Golden Learner program using adaptive teaching techniques in accordance with our proprietary curriculum
• Provide individualized support, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to swimmers
• Foster a safe, patient, and inclusive learning environment
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding swimmer progress and achievements
• Collaborate with team members to ensure the best experience for all swimmers

Job Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience working with children, especially children with special needs, preferred
• Patient, compassionate, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual swimmer needs

• Comfortable working in the water and leading group or one-on-one instruction
