Job summary

Liberty Behavioral and Community Services in Downtown LA, CA seeks professionals to teach adaptive skills to individuals aged 5–65. Roles involve 1:1 sessions, data recording, and collaboration with families. Flexible hours with part-time or full-time options as cases arise.

Experience with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred. Requirements include a Master’s Degree in a related field, bilingual English/ Mandarin, valid driver’s license, and background clearance; travel to clients’

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in psychology, education, social work, counseling, nursing, applied behavior analysis, behavioral medicine, speech and language, rehabilitation, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct session with clients.
• Provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with team members, parents, and AST providers.
• Write notes and reports documenting sessions.
• Review notes and reports for program effectiveness.
• Attend staff, clinical, and mentor meetings.
• Record data and ensure accurate data capture.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and regulatory adherence.
