Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing is required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred
• 1 year of RN experience is required
• 1 year of clinical specialty is preferred (ANCC or national nursing organizations)

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible nursing coverage across units and departments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care
• Assess patients and tailor care plans based on diagnoses
• Respond to emergencies and stabilize patients
• Assist with patient placements, admissions, and transfers to optimize patient flow
• Perform other duties as assigned
