Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
• 4+ years’ professional design experience preferred.
• Interest in historic preservation, adaptive reuse, or existing buildings.
• Strong design, graphic, and communication skills; ability to develop concepts and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support project teams through all phases of design, documentation, and construction administration.
• Prepare design concepts, presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate work with interdisciplinary project teams and consultants.
• Contribute to the preparation of design and construction documents.
• Balance multiple assignments while maintaining quality and responsiveness.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
