GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Response Security Officer in Federal Way, WA. The role varies by day and event, including customer service, patrols, and surveillance. Adaptability and precision are essential as duties shift between assignments.

Responsibilities include monitoring premises, conducting patrols, controlling access, and rapid incident response. Uniforms are provided, and growth opportunities exist within GardaWorld’s security team.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations; responsive with strong problem-solving skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot any suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
• Collaborate with authorities during serious situations.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
