GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a casual Response Security Officer in Owensboro, KY. The role varies daily between customer service, patrols, and surveillance, adapting with agility and precision to different missions and events.

Shifts may vary and require availability for call-offs on all shifts. Competitive hourly wage is $19 per hour, with benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, holidays, disability, and life insurance. Uniform provided at no cost.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass extensive screening process.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive and strong problem solving skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the premises to ensure security.
• Conduct patrols to spot suspicious activity.
• Control access points and verify identities.

• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security.
• Write detailed reports on events and incidents.
