Job summary

Strada is seeking an Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant to help clients optimize financial planning using Adaptive Insights. You will review models, re-engineer spreadsheets, and advise on finance best practices while supporting project delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Business/Accounting/Finance, 5–7+ years’ experience, expertise with Adaptive Insights and MS Excel, and willingness to travel up to 15%.

Adaptive Planning Senior Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain proficiency and certification in the Adaptive Insights solution suite.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5 to 7 plus years of work experience.
• 2 plus years of experience working with Adaptive Insights and/or financial planning / workforce planning strongly preferred.
• Strong financial and/or management accounting background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Highly skilled with MS Excel.
• Well organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Up to 15% travel.
• This role does not support sponsorship.
• Adaptive Planning certified strongly preferred.

Salary Pay Range Minimum - Maximum

$100,170.00 - $186,030.00
