Job summary

Texarkana ISD seeks an Adaptive PE Aide to assist the instructor in preparing and managing classroom activities in Texarkana, Texas. You will work under the supervision of a certified teacher and provide essential administrative support to keep daily lessons running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, plus required credit hours or equivalency, and ideally holds a Texas Educational Aide Certificate or an Associate's Degree.

Qualifications

Primary Purpose:

Assist the teacher in the preparation and management of classroom activities and administrative requirements. Work under the supervision of a certified teacher.

Education/Certification: High School Diploma or GED 48 college credit hours or ability to pass equivalency test (necessary for Highly Qualified status) Valid Texas Educational Aide Certificate preferred Associate's Degree preferred
