Job summary

TNT Kid's Fitness & Gymnastics is seeking a Special Needs coach to build relationships and foster skill development in adaptive classes across age ranges. You will implement age-appropriate activities for several programs, including Adaptive Schools, No Limits, and 1 on 1 coaching, with a focus on safety and positive engagement.

Ideal candidates demonstrate passion for movement, collaboration with educators or students, and a commitment to maintaining certifications.

Qualifications

• Passion for building relationships and positively influencing individuals through movement.
• Willingness to collaborate with Para Educators, teachers, and students pursuing degrees in related fields.
• Maintain required certifications and gym safety knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum-based activities for adaptive classes.
• Complete attendance, skill tracking, and evaluations.
• Keep the gym safe by enforcing safety rules and supervising cleanup.
• Stay current with TNT events and certification requirements.
