Job summary

Berkshire County Head Start is seeking a dedicated Flex Teacher to provide quality early childhood education in Pittsfield, MA. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years working with young children.
• Experience in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or Haitian Creole strongly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of developmentally appropriate activities.
• Assist in creating engaging learning environments.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy classroom environment.
• Assist with transportation duties as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality of child and family information.
