Job summary

heartlandbehavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and recording data.

You'll join a supportive clinical team, with opportunities for advancement, flexible part-time schedules, and same-day pay. Paid training is provided to those new to the field, helping you grow your career in autism support.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
