Job summary

Mercy Hospital Ada is seeking a dedicated RN, Behavioral Health for a Full Time Day Shift. You will apply the nursing process to assess, plan, and coordinate patient care within the Behavioral Health unit.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, protect patient rights, and ensure confidentiality while maintaining Mercy Service Standards. Mercy offers robust benefits, sign-on bonuses, education support, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
• Current RN license in the state of Oklahoma or compact licensure.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS or as required by the hospital within specified time frames.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and specialists.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality per Mercy standards.

Qualifications:

• Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.
• Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex. BLS, ACLS, PALS, etc.) within required time frame.
