Job summary

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and experience in system design or reading code, with preferred master’s degrees and familiarity with Google Ads or Cloud services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
• Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and engagement managers to understand customer marketing objectives, infrastructure, first-party data management strategy, and pain points.
• Lead in-depth technical assessment/consultation sessions to uncover opportunities where bespoke solutions are required, ensuring solutions respect data constraints and business cycles.
• Translate complex customer requirements into clear technical specifications and solution designs, considering scalability, reusability, and best practices for media activation.
• Provide technical-product oversight during the implementation phase, ensuring the engineering build remains aligned with the original customer strategy, while delegating base code-level decisions to the Engineering team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional gTech teams to orchestrate bundled service delivery and ensure seamless customer outcomes.
