The Stakeholder Operations Lead executes the approved external expert engagement strategy in coordination with the Stakeholder Strategy Lead for an assigned Therapeutic Area (TA), customer group or portfolio and serves as an ongoing relationship lead for assigned prioritized external experts. Reporting to the Stakeholder Strategy Lead within the TA or TA lead, the role maintains collaborative external relationships, translates strategic priorities into coordinated engagement activity, and provides relationship insight that informs future planning.

The incumbent is accountable for maintaining relationship continuity with assigned experts; supporting engagement planning and execution across congresses, advisory boards, scientific exchange and other approved interactions; coordinating across Medical Affairs teams and assets; capturing and routing stakeholder insight; ensuring engagement requirements are completed compliantly; and maintaining accurate relationship and engagement information in designated systems. The role works with stakeholder engagement support resources, including project coordination where applicable, on detailed scheduling, contracting, honoraria, meeting logistics, documentation and other administrative execution.

The Stakeholder Operations Lead contributes operational knowledge and execution feasibility to the Stakeholder Strategy Lead and supports a consistent external expert experience across BI interactions. The Stakeholder Strategy Lead retains accountability for overall expert strategy, segmentation and prioritization, relationship objectives, strategic partnership decisions and the highest-priority strategic relationships.

  • Coordinates delivery of congress engagement, advisory boards, scientific exchange, expert meetings and other approved engagement activities against the approved plan.
  • Manages expert outreach and post-meeting follow-up, working with designated project coordination resources, internal support functions and external vendors, where available, on scheduling, briefing and pre-read material preparation, and meeting documentation.

  • Relationship Information, Systems and Reporting:
