What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive ad sales strategy for the offerwall product
  2. Identify, prospect, and secure new advertising partnerships with brands and agencies
  3. Manage and nurture existing relationships with advertising partners to maximize revenue
  4. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the employer
  5. Monitor ad performance metrics and provide insights for improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 5+ years of experience in ad sales, preferably in offerwall, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing
  2. Proven track record of exceeding ad revenue targets
  3. Strong understanding of the offerwall ecosystem and its key players
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
