Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking an Associate Director, Packaging Operations to direct all packaging and filling operations for biological vaccines and pharmaceuticals. The role supports capital/expense planning and leads strategic initiatives to upgrade and automate packaging processes.
The position requires a strong leader with GMP expertise, SAP experience, and a track record of delivering on safety, quality, and cost targets.
The Associate Director, Packaging Operations directs all aspects of the biological vaccine and pharmaceutical packaging or filling processes within BIAH. This role supports development and management of departmental capital and expense as well as develops and implements strategic initiatives to upgrade and automate packaging processes within BIAH.
The Associate Director, Packaging Operations provides technical competence and ensures a safe work environment through appropriate workforce planning. This role represents BIAH pharmaceutical packaging department interests to business contacts (customers, suppliers, etc.) externally and internally within BIAH.
