The role owns end-to-end campaign setup, monitors performance, and optimizes toward ROAS while collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams to scale campaigns and enhance advertiser growth within Uber Advertising.
As an Ad Operations Specialist, you will help support Uber’s US advertising business by partnering with Retail and Grocery advertisers to manage search & sponsored listing campaigns. As in-country support, you will work closely with sales and cross-functional teams to help retail and grocery brands achieve their marketing objectives across Uber’s advertising platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong Ad Operations experience, particularly managing sponsored products/search and performance-driven campaigns, along with broader experience in display activation, optimization, and strategy. This person should be comfortable managing complex campaigns, analyzing performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and partnering with commercial teams to drive advertiser growth.
For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $95,500 per year - USD $106,000 per year.
For New York City, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD $106,000 per year - USD $118,000 per year.
For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
