ODK Media, Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking an Ad Operations Associate to manage campaigns across OTT/CTV platforms, ensuring accurate implementation, on‑time delivery, and optimization to meet performance goals.

You will collaborate with advertisers, publishers, demand partners and vendors, onboarding DSP/SSP partners and troubleshooting monetization issues to improve efficiency and impact. The role includes benefits such as unlimited PTO, health coverage, 401(k), daily catered lunches, and

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in advertising campaigns.
Global ad operation experience preferred.
Proficiency with ad serving platforms such as GAM and Publica.
Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage direct and programmatic campaigns with emphasis on timely and accurate delivery.
Communicate with partners about new ad packages and inventories.
Onboard DSP/SSP partners and ensure smooth integrations.
Troubleshoot monetization and delivery issues (under pacing, reporting discrepancies, ad architecture).
Analyze campaign performance across content types (FAST/Live, VOD) and devices (CTV, mobile, web).
Supervise external vendors to ensure smooth system operation.
