MultiCare Health System is seeking a Speech Pathologist to provide clinical services in Auburn and Covington Medical Centers. The successful candidate will conduct patient assessments, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and participate in a weekend rotation.
The ideal candidate must be licensed as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington or be completing a Clinical Fellowship Year. Pay ranges from $48.58 to $76.37 depending on experience and qualifications.
The Speech Pathologist will provide clinical services and communicate with patients, families, and other professionals/service providers in the medical community. The role requires participation in a weekend rotation schedule, weekday availability for sick call and PTO coverage, and cross‑covering both Auburn and Covington Medical Centers. Training occurs at both sites during the first month or two. Per diem staff are expected to work a minimum of one holiday per year and complete mandatory education/training during non‑shift hours.
The pay scale for this position is $48.58 - $76.37 USD. Pay is influenced by factors such as skill set, level of experience, and certifications. The position may be associated with a union contract and will reflect the appropriate step on the pay scale corresponding to the applicant’s years of experience.
