Job summary

Lifepoint Rehabilitation, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Physical Therapist to join the Acute Rehabilitation Unit at Kindred Hospital The Palm Beaches. This full-time role includes a $20,000 commitment incentive bonus and opportunities to advance patient care and professional growth.

You will assess and treat patients, collaborate with nursing staff, educate families, document care, and maintain equipment in a safe, compliant environment. Your work life will support communities health.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state of service.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate a patient's condition, develop an individualized treatment plan and guide progress.
• Instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory and payer requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organized work area and equipment.
• Communicate patient progress to supervisor and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
