Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs for occupational therapy and complete initial evaluations.
• Develop and monitor functional, measurable treatment goals for patients.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate with the care team.
• Provide high quality OT services and update care plans as needed.
• Maintain professional development and participate in relevant workshops.
