Job summary

Doctors Hospital of Augusta is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our Acute Rehabilitation team, delivering patient-centered therapy to help individuals regain independence and improve quality of life.

You will evaluate needs, design individualized treatment plans, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and educate patients and families while maintaining thorough documentation in a fast-paced rehab environment.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• (OT) Occupational Therapist credential held.

• Delivering skilled, evidence-based interventions that promote healing, independence, and quality of life.

Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life after illness or injury. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will evaluate needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands‑on treatment that supports recovery through every stage of healing. Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare, is a 350-bed hospital that provides a wide range of medical services.
