Lifepoint Rehabilitation's St. Catherine Rehab Center in East Chicago, IN is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to manage daily staffing and provide therapy services on site. The role involves assessment, treatment planning and delivering interventions in an interdisciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited PT, OT, or SLP program.
• Current and unrestricted license in the state where services are rendered.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the discipline.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing and scheduling while delivering therapy services.
• Perform assessment, treatment planning and interventions in an interdisciplinary team.
• Document patient progress and educate patients and families.
• Support program development, quality improvement and productivity.
• Contribute to client relations and marketing activities.
