SoHum Health is looking for a dedicated Night Shift Registered Nurse (RN) to join our acute care team in California. The RN will utilize their nursing skills to assist patients in maximizing their health while collaborating with the healthcare team.
Required qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing school, a current RN license in California, and certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS. Previous experience in an acute care setting is preferred. This role involves key responsibilities like administering medications and managing patient admissions and discharges.
The Acute, Night Shift, Registered Nurse (RN) employs intellectual, interpersonal, and technical skills, utilizing the nursing process, to assist patients of various ages in achieving their maximum health potential. The RN functions as a health team member through independent, interdependent, and dependent roles within the healthcare system. The Acute Registered Nurse reports to the ED/Acute Nurse Manager. All Acute Registered Nurses will be cross‑trained as ED Registered Nurses.
