Job summary

OhioHealth in Kentucky seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographs and fluoroscopy with strict radiation safety. You will position patients, adjust technical factors, ensure optimal images, and maintain patient comfort and safety.

The role includes preparing patients, documenting procedures in the EMR, QC testing, and assisting students in training. A ARRT registration, Ohio Radiologic License, and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved accredited radiography program.
• Registered with ARRT and hold ODH Ohio Radiologic License.
• BLS certification.
• Thorough knowledge of imaging procedures and equipment, correct technique and positioning.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures and fluoroscopy with strict radiation safety.
• Position patients and optimize radiographs; adjust factors for best quality images.
• Prepare patients, document procedures in EMR, and perform QC tasks.
• Assist and supervise radiography students as needed.
