Qualifications

• 1 year experience as LVN or LPT with psychiatric patients (inpatient or residential).

Responsibilities

• Admit, assess, and provide direct patient care under RN supervision.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications (excluding IV meds) and chart therapy.
• Collaborate with RNs and physicians to implement care plans.
• Promote patient education and rehabilitation.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work area and equipment.
• Participate in department committees and review daily CNA resident reports.
