Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed as an LPN in the State of Missouri.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

• Preferred: at least 3 months of behavioral health, pediatric, or inpatient nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic nursing care under supervision of RNs and physicians.
• Monitor patient health and administer medications.
• Assist with daily living activities and documentation of care.
• Maintain safe environment and support treatment plans.
• Record vital signs and clinical data.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate medical/psychiatric care.
• Assist with data collection for care quality and investigations.
• Support physicians and staff as needed.
