Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans.
• Delegates and directs all therapy services for assigned patients.
• Ensures functional treatment programs to support return to community activities.
• Educates patients, families, students, co-workers and self.
• Performs other professional duties related to patient care and therapy service delivery.
