Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced registered nurse for a specialized acute medicine unit serving adults with complex medical conditions. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while educating patients and families on illness management and medications.

Minimum qualifications include a Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree and RN licensure; a BSN with at least 2 years of experience is preferred.
