Qualifications

• Nursing diploma or associate degree, valid RN license, and no prior experience necessary.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with two years of experience.
• Must be able to work in a safety-sensitive environment with alertness and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
