Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor's in Nursing (preferred).
• BLS certification required upon hire.
• RN-COMPACT or RN - Multi-state Compact or RN - Single State license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care as part of the patient care team and participate in care planning.
• Document patient assessments, changes in condition, and care delivered.
• Support patient and family education and advocacy.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes.
• Maintain confidentiality, safety and professional standards.
