Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a licensed RN to provide direct patient care in an inpatient setting, with night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care within nursing standards while educating patients and families on post-treatment care and medications.

Collaborate with case managers, social workers and other specialists to ensure safe, effective, patient-centered care. This role offers a sign-on bonus and a structured nursing ladder with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Nursing Diploma/Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred with at least 2 years of experience.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, skilled in patient monitoring, interdisciplinary collaboration, and emergency response.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and clinical judgment skills.
• Safety-sensitive role requiring alertness and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver evidence-based inpatient care for acutely ill adult patients.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and medication administration.
• Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including case managers, social workers, and specialists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
