Job summary

Dialysis Clinic, Inc. in Easley, SC is seeking an Acute RN to provide specialized dialysis and renal nursing care in a hospital setting. You will collaborate with the hospital team, monitor treatments, and educate patients and families.

We offer paid training, competitive pay starting at $32/hour, full-time schedules of 36–40 hours weekly, and benefits including health coverage, retirement plans, and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• SC RN license required and in good standing.
• Dialysis/critical care experience preferred (6 months).
• CPR and BLS certifications current.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor dialysis equipment and water treatment with quality checks.
• Perform and document pre-, intra-, and post-dialysis assessments.
• Initiate, monitor and terminate dialysis treatments per policy.
• Dispense medications as ordered and document in hospital medical record.
• Administer blood and blood products per hospital policy and procedure.
• Accurately receive, transcribe and implement orders from physicians.
• Access lab reports, interpret and report to nephrologist as needed.
• Provide renal education to patients and family members.
• Serve as primary dialysis contact for nephrologists and hospital staff.
• Adhere to policies and complete occurrence reports as necessary.
