Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient dialysis care in a hospital setting, including ICU, CCU, ED, and other units. You will deliver hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis while collaborating with hospital staff to monitor and adjust treatment for quality outcomes.

Role includes on-call and weekend shifts in a fast-paced environment, with paid training and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of practice is required.
• ADN degree required; BSN preferred.
• CNN/CDN certification preferred but not required.
• ICU/CCU/ER/Med/Surg experience helpful but not required.
• Must pass a color vision test.

Responsibilities

• Deliver inpatient dialysis therapies, including hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, CRRT, and apheresis.
• Collaborate with hospital teams and DaVita clinical staff.
• Monitor patients, adjust treatment, and ensure quality outcomes.
• Support and oversee patient care with the help of PCTs.
• Adapt quickly in a dynamic hospital environment.
