MLR is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a full-time, inpatient hospital role near Fence Lake, NM. The position includes sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities for Pharmacist

• Accurately dispense prescription medications and provide expert advice on safe, effective use.
• This is a full-time, direct-hire role in an inpatient hospital setting.
• Carefully review physician prescriptions to ensure proper and safe medication delivery.
• Conduct medication therapy management, offering education on drug interactions, side effects, and correct usage.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including physicians and nurses, to support optimal patient outcomes.
• Keep meticulous records of all dispensed medications, patient profiles, and insurance documentation.

Pharmacist Requirements

• Completion of an accredited pharmacy program (PharmD or RPh).
• Active Pharmacist license in New Mexico required.
• At least 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy preferred.
